Making cow noises for a child

 U.S. Navy Interior Communications Electrician 2nd Class Dixon Rivera, assigned to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63), makes cow noises for a child during a community service project at the Misono Orphanage in Fujisawa City, Japan, June 5, 2010. In the last five years, the crew of Cowpens has developed a relationship with the orphanage’s children and staff while offering their time and service at volunteer events.
