The USCGC Morro Bay (WTGB 106), a 140-foot icebreaking tug temporarily assigned to the Great Lakes, pulls alongside the CCGS Samuel Risley (CG2960), a Canadian coast guard ship, to transfer a rescued snowmobiler on Lake Erie, Ontario province, Canada, Feb. 2, 2011.
