Under way off the coast of South Africa

The guided missile frigate USS Stephen W. Groves (FFG 29) participates in joint exercises with the South African Navy attack submarine SAS Charlotte Maxeke (S-102) while under way off the coast of South Africa Feb. 10, 2011.
