During a medical engagement

An Afghan National Army (ANA) soldier tends to a patient during a medical engagement in Now Abad, Afghanistan, May 15, 2010. During the engagement, Afghan civilians were given free medical care as well as rations of corn seed and fertilizer. The mission was a joint effort among the ANA, U.S. Marines with the female engagement team of Bravo Battery, 3rd Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion and a Navy hospital corpsman assigned to I Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward).
